Biking is one of the best forms of exercising and probably one of the most enjoyable and entertaining, too, if I may say so. You get to exercise your major muscle groups (legs, arms, even your abs) as you enjoy the view in places where you go biking. Trail riding with friends makes biking even more fun. It's so fun when you're doing it with your friends that you won't notice how far you have gone and all the sweat that you have given off.
