    Scuba diving in Costa Rica did not become popular until about near the year nineteen hundred and eighty. Still, it is a very reasonable location in which one can venture when thinking about, not just scuba diving, but adventure on the whole. As a matter of fact, Costa Rica is today, a part of the bid to become the world's leading dive destination.

    Every thing that man does has its pioneers, more or less, and Bill Beard would be just that in the arena of scuba diving.
