This website shows properties that will have great gains once the New Marina is finished. Flamingo Beach is already a world famous destination for professional anglers eager to catch record Sail Fish and Marlin, but also some estrange records were established here. For instance, a big Tuna fish towed a lung diver over 60 N.M before give up ( the fish)!!!

Cost not really, headaches, yes with spam mail. specially a dump monitor called spamcop.com, that blocks servers with no real reasons.

Is been up for 6 months and the quality of the product and the prices increase expected are very attractive to wise investors. The bubble is far from exploding yet.
