Clients and Property owners asked for it

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

This one, for almost 3 years

How did you decide on a name for your website?

starting with only Real Estate I wanted a warm and kind name,I had the environment in mind and reforestation advise (important for the future of this pristine coast of Costa Rica) Also I moved from Amsterdam to the jungle of Costa Rica and I love it here...it is for sure my lovable land

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

I believe it is simple and transparant

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

keep it for income

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Pura Vida I work and have time for life and that is success for me

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would keep it simple , but starring some cute moving hummingbirds dolphins and Scarlet Macaws o Yes Unlimited I would ask the Dalai lama to write some lovong words for my site and some latin Music from Carlos Santana exclusive para My Lovable Land.....so that will do

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

well I keep looking and learning

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

almost 3 years now I will keep it up for some more years (nothing wrong with income and popularity)
