It is really ideal to take a vacation out of the country most especially in summer. Exploring Costa Rica is one of the most ideal things to do. Hi there!I really love hiking. It does not only gives me a recreational practice to engage in but the benefit my physique gets when I tried to do a hike. I am really not that familiar of the highest mountain peak the Costa Rica has, but upon reading this article, I realize how vital the role of the mountains in maintaining the life of the living things that live there especially the endangered one. Hiking and mountain climbing are not for the faint-hearted and unfit. If you feel weak and heavy or if you have a heart problem, you probably won't get to your destination or worse, you might just injure yourself or die. Mountain climbing is serious business. You really have to prepare for it physically, emotionally and mentally, not to mention have the necessary tools for it. You have to wear proper clothing and footwear.
