Do not be surprised, not even in the least bit, if it is that you were to come across a desperate seller. Why be surprised, when you should be thinking more about snatching at the opportunity.
There are many people out there that are willing to give up property for even next to nothing prices, as they can hardly afford the maintenance fees, and would probably rather someone take up the mantle, instead of the bank taking away the home, altogether.
With family and or friends, this can even become such a very helpful situation, depending up the deal that had been made.
