When we think about the real estate in Costa Rica, an expat is sure to have a fun time, depending upon the amount of money that his company may or may not be willing to allot for expenditure and so on, while tending to business in a land foreign to their own.
I am sure that in most cases, everything is dealt with accordingly, and pretty much up to a high enough mark that one can determine as being much suitable for the consideration of fellow expatriates of other nations.
