Some of the things you have to take note of in Costa Rica, or wherever else in the world, are the traffic rules and regulations. You just can't go speeding you car to unknown limits and escape the cops when they get you, you know.
The best way to learn online, I believe, is through video. So learn the rules from the cop himself here in this YouTube video.
