A well known resort in Mal Pais and Santa Teresa have been a favorite haunt among celebrities like Mel Gibson and Winston Churchill to mention a few. Latitude 10, a boutique luxury resort with its natural beauty have caught the interest of Flor Blanca (a luxury hotel near Latitude 10) owner and bought the property last 2008 as he seeks for Flor Blanca expansion. But due to the bad economic climate, Flor Blanca owner was forced to return the property to its original owner and now is running after a recent 'spring cleaning' the hotel underwent.
