The best rafting trip I ever did was shooting the white rapids through a Rain Forest in Costa Rica. I didn't find any alligators but I did find the best coffee in the world - www.missiongrounds.com
Everyone has to go rafting there and also hit a zip line or two ( watch out for those trees)
